    The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) regulates telemarketing calls, text messages, and faxes. Non-compliance can result in statutory damages of $500–$1,500 per violation.

    Do-Not-Call Compliance

    You cannot call numbers on the Federal DNC Registry unless you have an established business relationship or prior express written consent.
